A key challenge in this remodel was converting a former window space into a custom dry bar, requiring precise cabinetry integration to seamlessly blend with the existing kitchen. Another challenge arose with the refrigerator placement, as the floor in that area was significantly uneven, requiring a solution to ensure a stable and level installation without disrupting the overall design.

To create a cohesive and functional layout, the dry bar was custom-built to fit naturally within the former window area, maintaining a seamless aesthetic with the rest of the kitchen. To address the uneven flooring beneath the refrigerator, a discreet platform was constructed, ensuring proper alignment while preserving the clean, modern design. The homeowners were beyond thrilled with the transformation, noting how the renovation modernized their home while maintaining a timeless appeal.
