I realized early in the course of my kitchen remodel that I wanted quality, affordable American-made cabinets, so I naturally gravitated toward Waypoint. That's what got me in the door of PWC's showroom, after having already worked with another designer on my kitchen layout. When the contractor I selected (not affiliated with PWC) ended up falling short midway through my remodel, that's when the value of working with PWC really became apparent. Eric took pains to understand my predicament, even coming out to my home a few times to inspect as-built conditions and giving me good recommendations for next steps. PWC's installers Troy and Will were consummate craftsmen, skillfully rectifying my previous contractor's shoddy work and getting my kitchen remodel back on track. Almost 18 months after installation was completed in February 2020, just before COVID-19 shut everything down, PWC helped me quickly resolve a minor warranty claim with Waypoint. Highly recommended.
