Like many remodels, this project required creative solutions to work around structural inconsistencies in the home. The existing walls were not plumb, and the ceilings were uneven, which made cabinetry installation and molding integration particularly challenging. Achieving a visually cohesive design required careful adjustments to molding dimensions throughout the space.

To ensure a seamless and polished result, we implemented a strategic combination of moldings to conceal structural irregularities. Each piece was precisely measured and installed to create a smooth, balanced aesthetic across the kitchen, dry bar, and laundry area. Thoughtful cabinetry selections and expert craftsmanship not only enhanced functionality but also elevated the home’s overall value. The homeowner was ecstatic with the transformation, loving their refined, modernized space that now feels both cohesive and high-end.
